PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Full gut and remodel plus addition in Fort Hunt, Virginia.
The first floor rear exterior masonry wall was completely blown out and an oversized steel beam was installed to tie the kitchen, the family room and dining room together into an open concept.
A two-story addition was added off the back, and a primary bedroom en-suite addition above the existing living room. The structural components were upgraded in the existing space to support the addition above. An oversized large second story deck with Trex transcends railing and decking was added as well.
Some highlighted features include: new custom inset cabinetry that was handmade from a custom fabricator, custom hand crafted built-in was added to the family room, all new Marvin Ultimate windows and doors, all new hardwood floors, new asphalt shingle roof, and 2 zone carrier high efficiency HVAC system.
