This first-floor renovation transformed an outdated home into a modern and functional living space. We reimagined the layout of the living room, kitchen, back sitting room/dining room, office, and mudroom to better suit the client’s lifestyle and maximize the home’s potential. 

The highlight of the project was the conversion of the living room and kitchen into an open-concept space, creating a sense of expansiveness within a smaller footprint. Thoughtful design choices, such as cohesive finishes and efficient use of natural light, helped make the home feel larger and more inviting while maintaining its charm and functionality.
