PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Site Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and adhering to project schedules and budgets.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and specifications are met.
- Lead and motivate a team of carpenters, laborers, and subcontractors to achieve excellence.
- Manage daily activities, including scheduling, safety compliance, and detailed field reporting.
- Collaborate with project managers to identify challenges and propose innovative solutions.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and high-quality execution.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management, or related field or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of hands-on construction management experience
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and plans, with a sharp eye for detail
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication abilities to effectively liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- A track record of motivating teams and delivering results under pressure
